Apply bid suggestions, the same state everywhere

Under “Bids in the browser” you apply bid suggestions per row or all at once, and the Excel file carries columns for the suggested bid and its reason. Whatever you settle in one place is settled everywhere, and while OTTO checks a change, “waiting for OTTO” appears next to it.

    Recommendations grouped by topic

The Recommendations page groups suggestions by topic, such as raise bids, lower bids, slow down keywords and budget, each with one sentence on the benefit. With “Apply all” you carry out a whole topic after one confirmation.

AI help with your account's numbers

The AI help now knows the target, the metrics of the last 7 and 30 days, the campaigns by ad spend and the open recommendations of the selected account. It answers with your numbers instead of general examples.

Bid logic to read and adjust

In the settings, the page “How bid suggestions are made” explains the calculation with an example from your account: bid times ROAS divided by target ROAS, at most 20% per step, 7 days of rest after a change. You adjust the levers there yourself.

Dashboard with period picker and your own tiles

You pick the dashboard period at the top; with “Customize dashboard” you show, hide and arrange tiles, saved just for you. New tiles include “Budget holds back good campaigns”, “Winners and losers of the week” and “Cost per click trend”.

Product groups by product and color

OTTO reports ad costs and revenue per product and color, not per size. The Articles page therefore shows product groups: a product expands into its colors, with the sizes below, whose values are distributed, not measured.

Customer searches of automatic campaigns from the OTTO portal

For automatic campaigns the OTTO interface delivers no search terms. So in the campaign's “Customer searches” tab you upload the keyword report from the OTTO portal and exclude expensive searches without sales right there.

Keywords page: one row per campaign and keyword

The Keywords page shows each keyword once per campaign with the numbers of the last 14 days, with search, filters and pages of 100 rows, even in large accounts. You change bids right in the row.

    Bids in the browser

In the “Bids in the browser” tab of bulk edit, every bid in the account sits in one table with its metrics, products of automatic and keywords of manual campaigns. You filter, select, raise or lower by percent or euros, check the preview and send.

Starting bid from the cost per click you actually pay

New campaigns, proposals and unadvertised products start with the cost per click you actually pay plus 10%. If a product or keyword gets no impression for 7 days, Marginly suggests a higher bid, in steps of 20% up to a cap.

Weekly report by email, with your agency's logo

Every Monday at 09:00 everyone with access to the account gets the weekly report: week against previous week, status against target, strongest and weakest campaigns and what is due. Agencies add their logo and sender details for report and email in the settings.

    Tour of all tabs

On the first visit Marginly offers a tour of about three minutes through all tabs. The question mark next to the page title explains each page and starts the tour from there.

    Campaign proposals for unadvertised products

Under “Proposals”, every product without advertising gets a ready pair: a manual campaign with keyword suggestions and an automatic one that excludes exactly those keywords. You review, deselect and start with one click; new proposals appear every morning or on demand for a brand or product.

    A target per campaign

In the campaign list you give selected campaigns their own target as ROAS or ACoS with “Set target”. Colors and bid suggestions of those campaigns follow it; all others use the account target.

Scatter chart and filters by metric

Above the campaign list, every campaign is a dot, ad spend against revenue, colored by your target. You filter campaigns and products by ROAS, ACoS, revenue and spend, with quick picks such as “Below target” or “No revenue”.

    Excel file with metrics

Next to bids and budgets, the bulk edit Excel file now carries impressions, clicks, cost, revenue, ROAS and ACoS per row. You choose the period between 7 and 90 days.

    Campaign wizard with keyword suggestions

With “New campaign” you set the goal, products with bids, budget, runtime and, for manual campaigns, the keywords in one flow; the keyword suggestions come from your product data and the OTTO categories. Marginly sends everything to OTTO step by step and shows the progress.

    Black Week template

In the campaign wizard, the Black Week template sets up an automatic campaign in advance for the week from the Monday before Black Friday to Cyber Monday; until the start it waits at OTTO and costs nothing. Products with ad revenue in the last 30 days and products with a sale price that week are preselected.

    Bulk edit via Excel

    Customer searches analyzed every Monday

Every Monday Marginly analyzes what customers searched for in your manual campaigns over the last four weeks. Under “Check search terms” you turn searches with sales into their own keyword and exclude expensive searches without sales in the automatic campaigns.

Recommendations for unadvertised products and capped budgets

Recommendations flag live products that sit in no active campaign and, with “Apply”, add them to your automatic campaign with the most products. When a campaign uses at least 85% of its budget, Marginly suggests a new budget: more above target, less below.

    Autopilot with guardrails

On the Recommendations page you switch on the autopilot, and the daily check then applies bid changes and budget cuts by itself. The guardrails: at most 20% per change, each product, keyword or campaign once in 7 days, never raise a budget, never pause.

    Ideas & help

Under “Ideas & help” you submit ideas for new features and vote on other customers' ideas without names being shown. If something does not work, you report it there as a problem and get the answer in the tool and by email.

Ad revenue as in the OTTO portal, synced three times a day

Ad revenue counts all sales of your brand after an ad click, the same way the OTTO portal does, and periods end yesterday. Marginly pulls the data from OTTO three times a day: at night, at 12:00 and at 18:00.
