Yes. On the monthly plan you cancel anytime to the end of the current month — no minimum term, no clauses. The annual plan runs for 12 months and auto-renews for another 12 months unless you cancel at least 14 days before it ends. Both cancellations happen directly in the tool under Settings → Billing.

Monthly: €99 net per month (= €1,188 / year). Yearly: €990 net per year (= €82.50 per month). With the annual plan you save €198 per year — that's two months free. Both options include exactly the same feature set.

Yes, the Seller plan includes everything: bulk changes, search-term analysis, AI alerts with plain-language explanations, daily email, live connection to OTTO, custom rules, true margin after all deductions, revenue and returns tracking, Excel export, and data export are all active without surcharge. We don't tier the feature set artificially — the difference between Seller, Agency, and Enterprise lies in the control center for multiple accounts, custom branding on reports, SSO/SAML, and support response times, not in limits on the core tool.

Seller is sized for one active OTTO account — all brands inside that account are included (€99/month net or €990/year). Agency starts at €179/month with two accounts included; each additional account is linearly priced at €69/month — no hidden tiers, just transparent add-on pricing up to about 9 accounts. Agency delivers the control center across all clients, white-label reports in your own agency design, single sign-on, a dedicated contact person, and Slack priority support under 4h. Enterprise (from €599/month net or €5,990/year) is for brands and agencies with 10+ accounts or special requirements: SSO/SAML, an SLA with 99.9% uptime, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, an on-site onboarding workshop, Slack Connect with < 2h response time, and custom contract terms.

Billing runs through a secure payment provider — you pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or SEPA direct debit. On the monthly plan the charge is automatic on the same day of the following month; on the annual plan once per year. After every successful payment you receive a GoBD-compliant invoice as a PDF by email. All invoices are also available in the tool under Settings → Invoices.

Linearly and transparently — no hidden tier system. The Agency starter package costs €179/month net (or €1,790/year) and includes two OTTO accounts. Each additional account costs €69/month (€690/year on the annual plan). Concretely: 5 accounts = €179 + 3×€69 = €386/month (€3,860/year). 10 accounts = €179 + 8×€69 = €731/month (€7,310/year). From 10 accounts or with special requirements we recommend the Enterprise plan with a custom quote and master contract. Quarterly billing instead of monthly invoicing is available in the Agency plan from 5 clients onwards.

After cancellation your account stays in read-only mode for 30 days — during that time you can export all data as Excel and ZIP. After the 30 days, all personal data is automatically and irrevocably deleted — right to erasure, GDPR Art. 17. On request we delete earlier and send you a deletion confirmation by email.
