The trial ends automatically: after that Billing, Settings and the data export stay available, while reports and changes are locked until you take out a subscription in the app.

Yes. On the monthly plan you cancel anytime to the end of the current billing month, no notice period. The annual plan runs for 12 months: you cancel anytime to the end of the term, otherwise it renews for another 12 months. You handle both cancellations yourself in the tool under Billing via the customer portal, no email to support needed.

Monthly: €99 net per month (= €1,188 / year). Yearly: €990 net per year (= €82.50 per month). With the annual plan you save €198 per year, that's two months free. Both options include exactly the same feature set.

Yes, the Seller plan includes everything: bulk changes, search-term analysis, AI alerts with plain-language explanations, daily email, live connection to OTTO, custom rules, Excel export, and data export are all active without surcharge. The commerce module (true margin, orders, returns) follows after launch at no extra charge. We don't tier the feature set artificially, the difference between Seller, Agency, and Enterprise lies in the control center for multiple accounts, custom branding on reports, SSO/SAML, and support response times, not in limits on the core tool.

Seller is sized for one active OTTO account, all brands inside that account are included (€99/month net or €990/year). Agency starts at €179/month with two accounts included; each additional account is linearly priced at €69/month, no hidden tiers, just transparent add-on pricing up to about 9 accounts. Agency delivers the control center across all clients, white-label reports in your own agency design, single sign-on, a dedicated contact person, and Slack priority support under 4h. Enterprise (from €599/month net or €5,990/year) is for brands and agencies with 10+ accounts or special requirements: SSO/SAML, an SLA with 99.9% uptime, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, an on-site onboarding workshop, Slack Connect with < 2h response time, and custom contract terms.

You pay by credit card, SEPA direct debit or PayPal. Stripe handles the processing, so your payment details are stored there and never with us. You take out the subscription in the app and pay monthly or yearly in advance: on the monthly plan the charge is made on the same day of the following month, on the annual plan once a year. After every payment you receive the invoice as a PDF by email, and all invoices are also available in the tool under Billing.

Credit card, SEPA direct debit or PayPal. You pick the payment method when you subscribe in the app and can change it later in the customer portal. The payment page is run by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin), so your card details, IBAN or PayPal account are stored there only. With SEPA direct debit you get a notice by email before every debit. Enterprise customers with 10 or more accounts pay by invoice via bank transfer.

Linearly and transparently, no hidden tier system. The Agency starter package costs €179/month net (or €1,790/year) and includes two OTTO accounts. Each additional account costs €69/month (€690/year on the annual plan), up to 9 accounts. Concretely: 5 accounts = €179 + 3×€69 = €386/month (€3,860/year). 9 accounts = €179 + 7×€69 = €662/month (€6,620/year). An account you add in the middle of a billing period is charged pro rata for the remaining days; if you remove one, the lower price applies from the next period. From 10 accounts or with special requirements we recommend the Enterprise plan with a custom quote and payment by invoice.

Until the end of the paid term you keep working as usual. After that your account is kept for 30 days: Billing, Settings and the JSON data export stay available, while reports and changes are locked until a subscription is active again. After 30 days we delete your account and the synced OTTO data automatically and irrevocably (Art. 17 GDPR). Invoice data is kept only as long as commercial and tax law requires. On request we delete earlier and send you a deletion confirmation by email.
